Qualifications Desired

At Pellegrino & Associates, we believe it is imperative that our staff come from a variety of backgrounds and represent a variety of perspectives.  We expect the following qualifications from candidates that we consider:

  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Entrepreneurial initiative and accountability
  • Professional, relationship-focused presence
  • Engineering, information technology, computer science, finance, economics, or statistics undergrad preferred
  • MBA, preferably with a concentration in finance
  • Solid understanding of financial theory, general accounting issues, GAAP, and the ability to apply that knowledge broadly to a variety of assignments 
  • Strong analytical, organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong report writing, analysis, and research skills
  • Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Creativity in problem solving and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to contribute to a dynamic, innovative and challenging work environment
