1-8-2008 Mike Pellegrino authored an article for an upcoming issue in Valuation Strategies Magazine regarding Revenue Ruling 59-60. The article explores the assumptions inherent in methods advocated in 59-60 and how those basic assumptions can distort values materially, especially for guideline company market valuation methods.
